Hey
Long time no see, or should that be write, or blog or lj, meh whatever.

Thought i'd write a new entry its about time, only just over a year and a bit.

Still working for the council, they still are threatening to get me a 6 month contract, if they can get it past HR.

Still playing world of war... wait a minute, I'm not, i stopped playing world of warcraft back in april, around 2 months after the expansion came out, it just got a little samey.

Spare time wise, i'm practicing at guitar hero II ((hard difficulty atm, wish i could dedicate as much time to practicing real guitar), trying to complete Zelda:Twiglet Princess, resorting to a walkthroughs if I get stuck anywhere now as I'm fed up of the game and want to trade it in for something else. Diablo II, whoo a blast from the past, i got a copy 'cause my brother is moving in with me come august and he was playing it, so erm the hope is networked fun may ensue.

Web page - recommended

www.nationstates.net

Its a government "simulation", it takes itself pretty light heartedly, you are the government the people come up with issues, and then you get the choice of between 2-5 policies to adopt on the issue, this then effects you country's economy, civil rights and political rights.

If enough people are interested in the game we could set up our own little group of countries so you can look at everyone elses laughable policies.

Anyhow, its late and i should be getting some sleep, drop me a comment if you make a country or already have a country on nationstates.
My nation is at farm foods.

New Years Eve (Part 2)
So i texted my ex nextdoor neighbour and she invited me around to hang out with her kids, seeing as she was off to a party in Balsall Heath. So i go round buy them alcohol like a responsable adult (ages: 17,16,11,7) The 7 year old had no alcohol and the 11 year old was closely monitored i ain't that stupid. So it went pretty cool the 17 year olds boyfriend turned up and he seemed a really nice guy easy to talk to and stuff, so midnight passes the younger kids get sent to bed the boyfriend goes home and its just me and her left. She was telling me how he wouldn't let her have any time to herself and how he always wanted her round (he lives next door to them), and when shes sitting in watching telly he looks through the window and asks her to come round, so i of course say hes a bit too controlling she says she wants to end it with him, we watch drop dead fred together...
Well it was only a cuddle and one kiss, its amazing how good a little bit of human contact can make you feel, i'm still smiling this morning and don't care if nothing else happens at all.

So new year resolutions

1: Exercise more
2: Practice Guitar more
3: Get overdraft cleared

All nice easy and managable, hope you all had a good one too.

New Years Eve
Well i seem to be "planning" on spending tonight with myself a bottle of baileys, hot chocolate and cream.
Today i went to a busy bullring but came back with the Best of KoRn for 5.97 and Spiritualized Amazing Grace for 2.97, that made me happy.
Then i went over to gamestation and bumped into broken_sticks who also seems to be planning on doing nothing tonight and i felt sorry for gamestation so i bought perimiter from their 2nd hand section.

Well if i don't update before hand have a nice relaxing/rocking/drunken/geeky/cozy new year :-D

Eve
Hey ho, christmas eve is here, that leaves but one evening before christmas day :-) Gonna go battle the trains in a few minutes time to try to get to my parents. I don't think its going to be a titanic struggle seeing as i just need to go two stops on a mainline but who knows.

Ooooh and last night was cool, apart from the being knackered and taking a piss outside a friends house on the way back home...

well it seemed like a good idea at the time!

So as i probably won't communicate with you again before the day

Merry Christmas and hope you get lots of great gifts!

Today
Well i found my LJ page again, for like the second time.
Work at the council is seriously boring at the moment, and the jokes some of the staff keep repeating is wearing me down thin.
There is always the MGM to look forward to though, only er a week and a bit now, so all good there.
Else i'm quite happy, just trying to kick my motivation thang in again, so many things i want to do yet warcrack keeps eating up my time, that and roleplaying commitments.
I like want to keep practicing the guitar, i wanna do exercises, and i wanna play some new x-box, some day soon. Well at least i don't have tennis lessons anymore, but that used to keep me fitish and also was in the middle of a roleplaying session so it didn't really free any space up.

Blah blah blah, i really feel like i could do with 8 hours sleep a night at the moment too, on monday i left £10 in the cash machine cause i forgot to take it out, sleep deprevation ain't fun, well it could be if i got the hallucinations but i don't i just feel like i'm going cenile.

So er chow for now ;-)

Poppin' the cherry
Heya people, so a place to record my thoughts and experiences saves paying for a diary i guess.

Well i'am at my parents house, nothing much else to do but invesitgate the live journal site and see what all the fuss is about. Been out bowling with my twin brother, beat him twice and he beat me once, totally knackered me out, i must be getting old. Gonna be playing cards later tonight which i really enjoy and that will be it, apart from a little drinking i guess.

Ho hum cya next entry.
